You can now pay by check, money order, or by credit card or PayPal; however, you must still register by downloading, completing, and mailing back to us the Registration Form to the left.

 

If you make your payment online, print out your confirmation page and mail it along with your registration application.

 

If you are a new exhibitor or an exhibitor who has been absent from the show for more than two years, you will need to go through the Jury of Admissions process. For this process, there is a nonrefundable $20 fee that must be paid along with the booth fee.

*Add the jury fee if you are a first time exhibitor or have not exhibited in the past two years.

DEADLINES AND DUE DATES FOR 2013

For the SPRING 2013 SHOW, registration and images for jurying are due by April 16. Acceptances will be mailed no later than April 30.

 

Applications received after the deadline dates will be considered as circumstances permit. The earlier applications are received, the sooner you will be notified of acceptance.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW

You may exhibit work only in the categories in which you are accepted. Signing of all work is encouraged and all work must be priced and for sale. The sale of T-shirts is prohibited.

You must agree to participate in ALL DAYS OF THE EXHIBIT for which you have contracted.

About the New York State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority

There's no getting around it. Every exhibitor in the WSOAE needs a NYS Certificate of Authority to Collect Sales Tax, also known as NYS Form DTF-17. We are required by New York State to have a copy of your certificate on file.
